- Complete and send tournament agreement.
- Send us a deposit of %15 of estimated total or $400 (whichever is greater) for your event.
- Collect payment from all participants.
- Confirm player number with HeatherGlen 10 days prior to date.
- Prepare a check-in procedure Golfers should arrive an hour in advance.
- Check with HeatherGlen if help is needed with any of the details.
- Prepare tournament rules.
Five days before your big day, HeatherGlen needs:
- Full payment based on confirmed numbers.
- A foursome list of your players.
- Prize selection or gift certificate amounts.
- Hole prizes for such contests as Long Drives, Closest to the pin and so forth.
- Special requests including number of power carts, drink tickets and other items.
- Confirm tee-off format and times with us.
