HeatherGlen Golf Leagues
HeatherGlen organizes both a Mens and a Womens Golf League. Each of our leagues offer a social and a fun aspect to the gane of golf. Below is a brief description of each league, but feel free to browse through the leagues pages in our website.
Our Ladies League operates on Monday evenings, and the league usually gets underway in early May and runs straight through until late September. Every week ladies are encourage to sharpen their skills with a series of on course challenges, but also to enjoy themselves with the numerous off course activities we schedule each summer. With HeatherGlens fun driven staff and three different sets of 9 hole courses, HeatherGlen is a great place to practise your golf skills, have some fun, and make some new friends in the process. The Men's League, also known as the Corporate League, operates on Tuesday evenings with tee times usually starting around 4pm. The league is made up of teams of two golfers who play in a match against another team of two golfers. The teams play in match play format, with 3 points up for grabs in each match. 1 point for the front 9, 1 point on the back 9, and 1 point for the overall match. This realatively competitive league is a great way to brush up on your golf game while getting out to make some new friends. With over 70 members, the league is always welcoming more teams.
